I was extremely happy with Funeral Video. I had never had to organise this before so was definitely a novice. I had sent an enquiry late on a Friday and wasn't expecting a reply until Monday. Michelle contacted me over the weekend which was brilliant - I was able to organise it all - one less thing to worry about. He was there well ahead of time setting up and it was done in a discreet and professional manner. Links were given well ahead of time and feedback from the service was all very positive. We recently had to undertake the unusual challenge of a live zoom funeral service for our mother. Michelle and her team expertly guided us through the process to make it happen. They were very responsive to any requests we had about the streaming of the service and the recording of it for later viewing as well as preparing a photo montage for the event. The recording of the service has also let many more people view the funeral who could not attend the live event. Highly recommended as a hands on team who quickly solved any potential issues with a streaming live event and as a result we had a wonderful send off for our mother

The team at Funeral Video Australia were absolutely amazing. They were able to accomodate us at very short notice. Michelle was fantastic and took the time to answer all of our questions, answering numerous phone calls and providing thorough explanations of the various packages etc. Sara was excellent and catered for specific requests we had in regards to the private viewing page. Emma was excellent in her communication about the availability of the link for viewing and downloading purposes etc to ensure all family and friends were able to access the recording. All members of FVA were able to provide immediate responses and assistance to our requests. The finish product was amazing. So professional and such a beautiful keepsake for our family. FVA provides a quality service and product and you will not be disappointed if you chose them. I would have no hesitation in using them for future occasions and would honestly and confidently recommend them to family and friends. The opening shots with the drone, the various camera angles, the sound, transitions etc all make the final product flawless.
