Dave was fantastic! Would absolutely recommend. He gave me somevery helpful advice over the phone - patiently taking me through step by step, using every day language, on how to replace a broken door handle when he couldn’t get here that day. He also helped me repair a broken hinge on a gate, saving me almost $400! He is experienced, reliable and friendly. Five stars for sure. Thank you Dave!

Does not return emails, asks YOU to take measurements for sash replacement, measured internal size of the window from the top to the bottom as requested by David on the phone. When I called after 3 days of not hearing anything, I spoke to David on the phone who told me my measurements where wrong and I needed to measure from the sash screw to the bottom of the internal window. When I asked the question about the change in the measurement he asked me to originally take as I was worried the sash wouldn't fit, he told me he didn't want to do the job.BODY OF EMAIL SENTHello David,As discussed on the phone today I would like you to repair 2 double hung aluminum window’s.Internal measurement is 1445mm for both windows.It is the TOP only sash that needs replacing on both windows.You can get access any time as I am home all of the time.
