Superb. Outstanding, friendly service. Fabulous outdoor shaded eating area, with magnificent stag horns. We enjoyed some tasty pies and a fabulous coffee. Will definitely return.

What a nice little spot to stop at during your drive. Kids secure playground. Beautiful surroundings, outdoor dining, plenty of parking, and delicious pies.

Great service but pies were a bit average. Filling for my steak and kidney pie was lacking in flavour and pastry tasted stale. Others in my group were also left disappointed. However the custard tart was very tasty.

Great selection of pies, sausage rolls etc. Although I didn't buy a cake they had a wonderful selection which all looked fresh.

Not bad at all. Stopped here last Sunday on my way home, bought a Curry beef pie and a Hound Dog. The pie was great, just what you would want a curry pie to taste like, top was nice and flaky and it was a fairly decent size.The Hound dog was a bit less exciting, Bit cooler temperature than it should have been, a lack of sauce that these things usually are cooked with, devoid of any real favour except the hot dog frank and they are never the tastiest things in the world. Thwy need to add some sauce and more cheese like most good bakeries that can cook a good hot dog based pastry, and they then need to let it lay in the oven for 10 more minutes.This is a pretty critical review, overall it is a good place to stop and you wouldn't regret having a feed here.

Best croissant I have ever had, wife liked her danish too. Service was a bit iffy, it took ages even though there was only 1 person being served ahead of me.

Great food and friendly service. Tasty variety of pies. Crispy chicken salted hot chips. Selection of cakes and slices. Parking available off the road at the side with rear access to the shop past the toilets, playground and shaded seats.

Beautiful and delicious sausage rolls, served hot with tomato sauce. Good staff. Nice ambience.
