I had the unpleasant event of a random CPU overheat.Rob took on the job for an extremely reasonable quote and then proceeded to go above and beyond to fault find and fix the problem. At all stages he was transparent with what he had done, and how he thought to fix the problem. It was a pleasure to feel like someone was taking ownership of the problem considering I had no idea how to fix it. In the end the computer was fixed, and is back working. Would thoroughly recommend Rob for computer faults in the future. Well played
