Although this is a year late (sorry about that, TROY), I have nothing but praise for BidMySolar. Ffrm the beginning to the end when the final connections were made, Troy made the process simple, easy to read, was able to give advice if the uinstillation company made any changes and held my hand as we went through the whole experience. All contracts and things I had to sign were in plain english and handled by Troy from my first contact, wherby he use googlemaps to see out outline & his advice to what we did and did not need were exemplary. He went through the advantages and disadvantages of each of the 4 bids we received and we made the decision on his recommendation. I would definitely recommend this company for setting up your solar. We have a 6.5 kW system with a 5 kW inverter with the best possible brands for our budget.Desmond Auer

Like a lot of people, I had heard some not so good stories from people about their solar experience, and there is a lot of information to take in. I found Justin was very helpful and professional in all of our dealings. From my first contact, to the system being switched on was around 4 weeks. Got hit with unexpected additional installation costs nearing $1000 all sites plans and information was provided. Was asked to do some pre work with my electrician which we did but was hit with extra cost on the day of installation as the installer missed stuff on there qoute. Several calls with bid my solar and they told me they would sort it out. Never did and stopped communicating with me. Would not recommend, get screwed around regardless
