Capital Guardians

Nicole and the Capital Guardians team are great to work with. They had good knowledge and always willing to help.I was new to the NDIS and needed a lot of guidance to feel comfortable with how it all works. I would highly recommend them as plan managers.

My dad passed in 2020 so when I received an email, no puncuation, grammar all over the place, no semblence of an email structure, in May 2022, I naturally blew it off as a scam.Received another today, on Easter Sunday 2023, requesting bank details. The structure was better but the grammar and lack of professionalism again screamed scam.After extensive research, shocked to realize it was a company who did something with my father. Not sure what as the emails never explained, introduced why they were asking, other than their money bounced. Nope, an actual company. Ha!EDIT: CHANGED MY RATING DUE TO HARRASSING, ARGUMENTATIVE CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY (two people so far) DEMANDING I CHANGE, DELETE THIS REVIEW.Reporting to the police, Fair Trading, blocked their number, and seeking legal advice as feeling very unsafe now.

Company is very professional. Aged cared incidental costs (cafe, hairdresser, medicines etc) are easily managed using capital guardians. All happens very seamlessly.

Capital Guardians team has been managing our NDIS for 3 years now, the team is responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable. The approach is personal guidance, and I am a specially thankful to Anniina for taking the time and care. Highly recommended

Yvette at Local Guardians has offered excellent support and care since my parents signed up a few months ago. Her service has been outstanding. Mum and I are so pleased we switched to Local Guardians.

I have used this service, for my mother, for over 10 years. The only cost has been the interest on the money they have held for me. This minimal cost has been more than outwieghed by the non-stress of dealing with mum's bills :)I have had no problems and they are always quick to reply.I do recommend them.
