7-Eleven Minchinbury

Easy place to branch off and get coffee. They were not selling petrol today and I don't know why.

Have gone there for years no problems. Then today an employee who seems to have an issue with me (ive seen him there a few times and hes the type to walk outside when cars arrive and not press the pump button...) makes a story about how i didnt pay the right amount last time and flat out refused to serve me. Wen i asked for his name to make a complaint he flat out locked the doors and would not respond at all. No issues with any other employee there who knows i am an honest customer and have had no issues with me over the years yet this guy acts the way he does. Best believe im pursuing this further!

Convenient location. Pretty much a typical 7-Eleven.

This place constantly stinks of human body odour from the staff working there who obviously don't wear deodorant, and it's now been drawn up into the air conditioning system. IT STINKS! On top of that, on more than one occasion I've gone in to pay for my fuel and the staff member behind the counter has been on his mobile phone and just shoved the eftpos machine towards me without even acknowledging me and kept talking on his phone - really????? Give this place a BIG MISS.

Did not honour the $10 deal for a sandwich, a pack of chips and a can of coke. Charged me $11 instead. When asked he said it's not up to him. He just scans and charges what shows on the system.

Literally standing outside. Staff saw me, ignored me and kept working. Then said he had no cigarette filters, at all....as in their are 50 different types and he has none. Stupid.

The owner is so rude and greedy. I purchase a wrap and a cup of hot water and was happy to pay for the hot water , but all this man wanted to go on a about was how I had two cups . These cup were stuck together and I try to pull them apart and explained this to him . But no he still need to carry on about the cup , so now he will no longer get my business and the BP down the road where the staff are more professional get it . I was going to the 7-Eleven at least 2 to 3 times a week .

The guy on duty at 6am on 18th July , is an expert. There was a very long queue and he served them just like that, he wasn’t talking much since he was very busy but running two registers by himself like a Pro made our wait less than a minute.
