Forcast Marrickville

I haven't been in store shopping since June 2021. I was excited on my day off to visit this store as I've had a good experience in the past. The sales assistant on duty on Monday 20.June was disinterested from the moment I entered to the moment I paid and left. Examples can be given if the owner or manager of the store cares to ring me. She also said they'd run out of hand sanitiser when I looked around for one, having misplaced my pocket sanitiser between the change room and paying. In current times it has to be unacceptable that a sales assistant didn't make sure there was sanitiser available when they started their day if I'm not mistaken? Every other store had it. Stark contrast to the service I received from Athletes Foot. Suggest this sales assistant visit the young gal at Athletes foot and take notes if she wants to learn and grow.

The quality of the clothes are good. Just a little pricey.

Took my wife for shopping at Forcast Marrickville Metro. Customer service was horrible. Staff did not talk to us for an entire shopping experience. Not greeting, when I ask questions she only point her finger as the answer. My wife tried on different items and there were no assistance, the staff played on her computer for the whole time and did not pay any attention to us. The only sentence she told is during the entire time was ‘we close in 30 minutes’. Wow what a customer service.

Very patient and good service from your staff Cecilia. I was just here to browse, not looking to buy anything because I usually go to the Burwood store. Cecilia was not too pushy eventho I just wanted to look around. She introduced some new arrivals and I end up getting something. Will be back again to look for her!
