Lady I sat down with for my intake appointment was lovely, private councelling rooms are wonderful with calm music/aromatherapy smells and nice dim lighting but receptionist staff/whoever is front of shop answering calls is so very rude.Not sure if all staff answer phones or not but I am sure that staff were rude to other clients on phone calls that I overheard when in waiting room and very rude when I called up this morning.Not ideal when calling in with serious anxiety disorder and depression. If they can't be calm, polite and pleasant to clients who need it then why are they employed in such an important position.

the receptionist mel was very rude and passive aggressive. i was outside for 10 minutes as the reception wasn’t answering the door bell and both phones were off. before i left mel approached me and explained in a clearly aggressive tone “as much as i’d love to be by the phone 24/7 sometimes there are actual emergencies we need to attend to”. apparently there is an emergency almost every time i try to call. i’m not sure why she stated the phone is not a 24/7 service, ive always called during business hours. mel was a very unwelcoming presence for a service that caters to those with anxiety/depression.
