Not only did they reply to an online request within hours, their polite and promt service made my week! Called to set up a call out - the next day and was so polite, clean and willing to do whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend!

Purchased a rental property and both cooktop and oven required replacement. Previous owners had used cheap products and cowboys to install. Darren and his offsider installed a new Westinghouse cooktop and oven noting I had tight timeframes. Great service, clean work ethic would highly recommend there professionalism for repairs or installs.

Our old oven needed replacement, so the team replaced this in a timely fashion. They were reliable, polite, friendly and prompt in their messages, and in their attendance. Transported the old oven and the new oven through the house with care. Cleaned up after the job, and thanked us for using them. Recommend. Paul and Carolyn, Nuriootpa.

Darren and his off sider attended our house they found the problem with our gas heater in no time, not only were they friendly but they did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves at a very reasonable rate. I am very happy and will use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. Job well done.

Needed a new rangehood, gave me really good advice. We had a supply issue with the Covid restrictions, but they always kept me updated and informed, and installed in just a few minutes - spent more time unpacking the product than it took to install - super happy with the entire process! would highly recommend using them.

Very happy with our oven repair. The cost was very reasonable, less than quoted. Professional, polite and quick.All staff (Darren, Denise and Malcolm) were all delights to deal with, lovely people.If I had anything negative to say it would be that they arrived two days early, not a huge issue and I’m happy to have a working oven earlier than expected. I also wasn’t sure the part replaced would do the trick (igniter vs gas valve) but it did. They are very knowledgeable on common issues appliances have.Should we ever need an appliance repaired in the future, I have no hesitation with contacting DJ Appliance Service.
