Katharine was a skilled listener, informative, clear and caring from the outset. Fees were reasonable and clearly explained and I was in no doubt about her commitment to support me through terrain that was very unfamiliar to me to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Importantly I felt comfortable asking questions and persisting with issues I didn’t understand. She was very patient, as was Ashleigh, her client services manager. A sense of humor at times was also helpful! Can’t thank them enough, now I’m at the end of it all, I am very grateful for their professionalism, warmth and care during what was a harrowing time.
