Terrible customer service.Renters used for end of lease carpet clean.Requested a call back via text message on a Monday to discuss as it was a Saturday. I was unhappy as the carpets smelt musty and of urine which had never before, carpets were still dirty, spots on the carpet, toe nails were inbeded in the carpet when I answered the 4th phone call in 30minutes post 2 text messages.Was met with Ryan who at first was pleasant however that quickly changed when writer stated they were unhappy with how the carpets we done.Ryan appeared upset with the agreement of private rental between rental provider and renter - which had nothing to do with the carpets being cleaned.Ryan threatened writer with court yet didn't elaborate, stated writer was calling his business unporofessional, the crew unskilled and didnt met accreditation standards. When writer stated this was never said Ryan stated 'I know.'Ryan stated that tenant had condition report and writer was aggressive when all writer had stated was they were unhappy with the service provided. Ryan attempted to blame the carpet underlay however in previous carpet cleaners entering the property had never voiced issue with the underlay.When asked if reports were submitted under freedom of information, Ryan laughed and stated he was not a lawyer.Writer had to terminate the conversation as Ryan was agreeive and talking over writer when demanding nil questions be asked only to 'listen'.I would only recommend this company to someone who wishes to waste their money. You won't be disappointed! Definitely get what you pay for here! Only 3 photos for reference but pretty sure you get the idea!Edited to add: requested a reclean or a refund to the tenant to find an alternative company to completed the clean. This is when I was advised apparently I was taking tenant to vcat? Which was news to me!**To follow up with Ryan's response. I never voiced any information about fences, neighbour to be aware mould or anything of this. Tenants have had all repairs attended to within a timely manner. RYAN THIS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM very much shows through.

RGP cleaning were very helpful when our booked carpet cleaner cancelled last minute for our end of lease carpet cleaning.Ryan was happy to collect keys from a friend as we had already left to move interstate and communicated extremely well with us when he was going to be arriving earlier than anticipated. He also called after he had completed the clean to advise on issues with the carpets age, stains etc.Would highly recommend these guys anytime.

I have hired Ryan 3 times now to do a regular clean on my carpets and couch, I have a dog who likes to get things quite muddy and Ryan has been able to remove the odour and stains every single time! He is absolutely awesome and very professional, it is always a pleasure to deal with him and he does an amazing job. Will definitely be utilising his services again!
