This is my go to nail salon. Sang and his family are amazing at every aspect with nails and pedicures. They go above my expectations always. Just lovely people and a beautiful atmosphere. They are always happy to help and will make you happy with any service. Sang has been doing my nails for 5 years when he first started out. Sang is an amazing young man.

I always choose ProfessioNAIL Stockland when getting my nails done for occasions and events and always love the results. This particular time though I was very impressed with Lannie’s effort and attention to detail. She’s lovely and I can’t recommend her enough

Got my toes done and the next day got a pain in my toe that happened to be an ingrown toe nail. So now I’ve gotta go see a doctor. Just great. Don’t recommend either professionals at all.

Poor service. They were only going to give one coat of polish, and there was clearly a streaky cover, when I asked for a second coat the male person replied 'oh, so you want it perfect'. Last visit to this business, I'll offer to pay $10 for a poor job, but they'll probably want the charges to be perfect.

I come here everytime I want to get my nails done. They are so nice and I always have the best conversations with this one lady. Always try to tip when I can. And my nails are always so pretty

The staff here are super friendly, the prices are very fair, and I had a great quality SNS/dip powder manicure done. Staff were extremely thorough, more than once I had two people working on my hands at the same time. I sometimes wonder if the bad reviews of nail salons in Townsville are due to language barriers resulting in miscommunication with staff or just plain racism. I had a great experience here and will be coming back in the future :) ps: note that the three Stockland nail salons are co-owned and staff rotate between them, it is therefore quite arbitrary that one of them has better Google reviews than the two others!

Had a pedicure for the first time in years and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and quality of work they provided! I’ve found my to go to nail place from now on. The store was clean and tidy. The staff were lovely. Overall I had a great experience and will be back!
