Thanks to the Solargain Hervey Bay for our solar system. They are really a good team and work well. They are knowledgeable and happy to share information. I’ve had home and farm Solar before and they installed what and where I wanted it. Pricing is good and panels and inverter are some of the best. Solargain I highly recommend, professional easy to deal with. Steve organised the quote and discussed what was best suited for my needs. I didn't need to look any further as I was after quality this is definitely what I got from quote to final install. I installed a 6.3kw system with Tesla Battery by far the superior battery. With this system I am now off the grid...!!!! A big shout out to the ladies in the office...!!! They made everything easy which included all paperwork and the connect agreement with the supplier... The installers and sparkies worked professionally on the day, the system was installed and up and running on the same day.... So if anyone is thinking of installing solar do it and do it with Soargain...!!!!

I can highly recommend Solargain Hervey Bay to install your solar system. My experience with Solargain was a pleasure without the normal hassles that some businesses can give. The quote was competitive and prompt, all my questions were clearly answered, the job was quickly and efficiently completed (despite the rain), the tradesmen took the old panels away for recycling and everything was left clean. I was also impressed by the fact that I did not have to leave a deposit for the work to be done, just payment after installation. A highly professional team... thanks Solargain!

Solargain suggested replacing our leaking Edwards solar HWS with a standard electric HWS on the ground and upgrading our old Solar PV system to a 6.6 kW system with a timer to run the new HWS. Very innovative. They even helped find a Plumber to install the new HWS. Both crews arrived on the same day and we had a new HWS and Solar System installed by 2.00pm. Very happy with the installation.

We cancelled a contract with another company as the communication was dreadful and their failure to deliver 3 months beyond the specified date. We are so glad we found Solargain instead. Professional and incredibly friendly from the get go.The team has just this minute finished our install on the agreed date at the agreed time. I've been in construction for 15 years and these guys are without doubt, the friendliest, cleanest, hardest working, most respectful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I can whole heartedly recommend Steve and his crew to anyone wanting solar. Apart from seeing panels on the roof, you wouldn't know they had been to your house. The products that they provide and recommend are great quality and backed by great warranties. Friendly, professional, and importantly trustworthy.
