We bought a car today with my daughter her first experience buying through a dealer, we thankfully read all the reviews so we knew what to expect yes they lacked general friendliness, other reviews said they were rude but we didn’t find that I’d probably put it down to arrogance. We got a fair price so no complaint there just the overall experience could have been nicer we didn’t come away feeling happy and excited as you would expect when buying your first car. We just feel oh yeah but not overjoyed.

I bought a car from them a couple of years ago. As soon as I drove it out of the dealership the engine light came on. The car was under so called warranty so they sent me to their mechanic who basically kept telling me nonsense and was always waiting for a part to be delivered. Two days later the dash started flashing while driving. After 3 months of going back and forth with the mechanic and these scammers (problem not fixed) I asked for a full refund which they refused. I ended up taking them to the tribunal ( which they did not show up at) and won the case. I got my money back and learnt a valuable lesson. Please read reviews before purchasing from these people.

There was a very decent selection of cars available at a fair price. The salesman Matt was friendly and included a 3-year warranty on the car. Within a couple of weeks we noticed that there was oil leaking (something the warranty should have covered), unfortunately the insurance company refused to approve the claim! Thankfully the dealership eventually covered the necessary repairs & the mechanic James did a great job.I can recommend picking up a car here - just make sure to get it checked thoroughly first :)

They sold us a terrible car without telling me any problems with the car! very dishonest! they are pure money maker with no sense of humanity! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!the car we have taken to another place had a fully check up, turned out that is an accident car and didnt get reported or fixed properly.we have already taken action, i hope you will get punished or karma for selling those cars.

BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!!! BEWARE!!! Purchased a 2018 Ford Mondeo Oct 22. Told it was serviced (pretty sure they just sign the book - no service) and never in an accident. First service with my mechanic this week, told it had been in a serious head on type accident and a dodgy repair/cover up job. Absolute crooks. Should have trusted the reviews and my gut instinct. DO NOT BUY YOURSELF PROBLEMS FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Enquired on a used car that I was ready to purchase today with cash, after 1 minute sales call with the sales rep they refused for me to see if I can fit the Ute in my garage 15km away & show my wife who is unable to leave the apartment due to health reasons. Worst initial experience, can only imagine how the after sales is.

I bought a car six day’s ago when I left the carpark I’ve seen that the speedometer was not working and we had to refuel the car shortly after we left as it was sold with an empty tank. A couple of days later the engine wouldn’t start because of loose battery fittings and a faulty ignition barrel. They have said me I had to get the car to the dealer on my own to get it fixed so I had to pay and organise the towing despite I bought a warranty for 800 bucks. Furthermore, the mechanic was also rude over the phone and hung up on me. Over all the whole experience wasn’t great. Thanks for that, I just paid ten grand to get a reliable car because I’m a girl wich is on her own in Australia, everything is quite difficult and I need safety but how to trust such a dealer then ?!
