If I could I would give it no stars. I went in store and ordered a phone and was told it should come in 2 days, which it never did, I was not informed of any new information, I had to be the one chasing them up and asking them with new updates and when I called again the 3rd time they told me the phone is out of stock and can’t get it anywhere. Very unprofessional service which they would of known about this from before and a nice curtesy phone call would of been nice!

I've been to this store a few times Mulroney the years. Was there on Thursday to organise a phone for my son. Also to change my own account a bit.The service I got from George was great. Ended up with a better deal than just buying a prepaid phone. Was acknowledged as soon as I walked in store. 10/10 George

Worst experience ever! Ordered phone and was told it will arrive in a couple of days after 2wks I popped in to see what was going on I heard excuse after excuse. 3mths later we finally got the phone and had to re-order..Avoid headaches don't come here.

Didn't get a receipt for the outrite purchase of a new phone in store as it was going to be emailed but never was .They now require me to go back and start again & won't e-mail it it email it rudeness
