Disgusting!! I ordered flowers for a special occasion to get delivered. The flowers that arrived were not what I ordered. I also paid a small fortune for them and they looked like a $20 bunch from the local servo. When i rang to discuss the matter their customer service was absolutely appalling!! Will never recommend or use again!

Great florist. They did everything I asked for, delivery was quick and reasonably priced. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful.I would definitely recommend them.

Quality flowers and received professional service. As it was for a sad occasion (was in tears when doing the words for the card), the florist was so very kind. I just saw a pic of the flowers that were sent to my sister - and they are a perfect selection. Thank you.

I received flowers from a dear friend who spent a lot of money at ‘all in bloom’ in trying to surprise me. On receipt of my flowers the water in the vase looked like swamp water (I wish I was over exaggerating). The Lilly’s were closed which was fine but the roses and other flowers in the arrangement looked wilted and half dead. Consequently, by the time the Lily’s opened the other flowers were well and truely dead. So at no point did this flower arrangement look nice. Very disappointing. I have photos of the receipt of the flowers and photos of the flowers 7 days later that I wish I could upload. When arranging a floral arrangement that includes Lily’s you need the freshest of other flowers. Don’t skimp and try to get rid of the older flowers, take them home and decorate your house, don’t charge customers top price for flowers that are past their use by date. Unfortunately the arrangement would have been lovely if fresh flowers were used. If I could have found a private contact to lodge this complaint I would have used it rather than post it publicly so you may want to make that easier to find on your webpage

Not happy. Flowers sent on the incorrect day and look like they are days old. Not impressed. Don't use these people folks
