Product came well packed in excellent condition. No issues to be concerned about. Communication was a little slow but my calls were always returned. I would and have recommended their products to other people. It is a pity people give negative ratings when they are definitely not deserved. It's good to see these fake reviews are getting called out by the owners.

Bought this product about 18 months ago, poor quality, the seam between the sheets shows an ugly joint and no matter how much you try to fix it (I tried planing it, then filling patches with putty) it still shows ugly shadows making the product look cheap, the only way to fix would be to put a moulding across it to hide. Panels are heavy and back breaking to install. Where it meets the posts is exposed and is visually ugly also, panels are showing cracks along bottom of every panel as well as in places on sides, a cheap product that would be lucky to last 7 years. Should have just saved my money and had a colorbond installed.

How to contact them they neither pick up phone nor respond web inquiry?Can anyone suggest?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We paid our 10% deposit for a Quickbuilt Home System - 14sqm backyard cabin (which she claimed required NO COUNCIL APPROVAL based on the 20sqm or less rule) I explained to her that our Council did not believe this system to be a SHED and that it fell under a HABITABLE ROOM. We paid the deposit as this was the ONLY WAY to receive the very basic drawings they provided in order to seek Council approval (at that time I also received verbal confirmation that they would refund the 10% deposit if Council knocked us back). That was in October 2022. In January 2023 I advised that Council did NOT APPROVE our application and that we'd like our refund as we could not proceed. I provided bank details and they said it would be refunded at the end of the month. It is now May 2023 and after numerous emails and phone calls to this company I contacted Fair Trading - who advised me today that the company has no intention of refunding our money. Criminal! I wanted to give ZERO STAR but wasn't able to submit this review without a star...

Very disappointed!Their level of customer service and and turnaround time was poor. I'm more disappointed that I went with this company as it seems like I bought cheap Chinese products not Australian Made"Don't go with this company for their cheap quality products!"

Product arrived damage and was faulty. Business failed to rwve and proceeded to ignore us. Still today we are stuck with faulty product with business telling lies about how it was installed incorrectly which is absolutely incorrect. Use another supplier.

From my dealings with them, excellent, absolutely no issues..... Not sure why so many bad feedbacks.... but having ran my own business, probably grubby competitors. All the best Quick Built.

Haven't sent all the parts I require to complete the patio build. Several emails later requesting all parts and no response. I'll be heading to Department of Fair Trading next week.

Bad businessTried to get a quote from them over a week ago and no one has bothered to get back to me.I also asked where material from as after reading other reviews sounds like product from China. I only buy Australian made.

Do not use Quickbuilt System. Products arrived damaged and were faulty. Corporate behaviours like this should be criminalised.
