Just sharing a very bad incident I had at this servo. The short dark bearded guy knows nothing about the customer service. I went in to get three medium coffees, one for myself and two for my mates. When I was making my second one, the milk ran out and the machine stopped halfway. I was told that there was no milk left to top up the machine. And he literally asked me to pay half the price for the half filled medium coffee cup or I could leave the store with only one medium coffee.And I embarrassed myself twice that day. First, when I had to school him on his bizarre customer service skills and secondly when I gave my mates coffees like that.DISAPPOINTING
