I can not recommend this surgery enough. My baby girl needed dental surgery, and an estimate was provided for the surgery. Being in health care myself, I obviously had lots of questions about the surgery and costs. Michelle answered all of them and reassured me they would do everything in their power to ensure my baby was pain-free and the bill wasn't exorbitant. They were transparent, open, and communicative throughout the whole process.

This was our first time at the clinic and all the staff were just amazing they made Jasper our Dog feel so much at ease. The care that Jasper received was fantastic and Dr.Michelle went above and beyond answering all our questions. We will certainly be Back . Thank you all so much .

I recently visited this Vet clinic that was recommended to me by some friends and I must say I was very happy with the service I received. The clinic was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and professional.What impressed me the most was the care and attention given to me by Dr. Anita. She took her time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough in her examination. She explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and gave me great advice for my cats diet.I also appreciated the fact that she talked to me about rehoming transition for my pet, which was something I had been considering but was not sure how to go about it. Dr. Anita was very knowledgeable and gave me some excellent tips on how to ensure a smooth transition for my pet.Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of veterinary care. The staff are friendly and professional, the clinic is clean and modern, and the care and attention given by Dr. Anita were outstanding. I will definitely be returning for any future pet care needs.

Hands down the best vet I've ever been too! . The entire staff were super friendly, super caring. Was blown away by the amount of time and detail the vet nurses and Michelle spent with our pooch and how they were able to alleviate her anxiety and even managed to get her tail wagging. Will never go anywhere else when in Cairns. Thanks team
