I've come back here 3 times already for a haircut and will continue to do so. Their haircut rates are fairly priced compared to other salons. I always book for Ryan as I'm happy with him overall, he's gentle with my hair and knows how to handle curly hair. He also gives suggestions and recommendations if he thinks a style might not suit me. If your mind is set on a particular style I advise you to speak up otherwise you will be swayed by his advice or get his version of the cut that he thinks look better on you.

If you want good quality and effective permanent hair straightening, you need to book Jenny! Today was the first time I tried a hair straightening treatment at Ribbon Hair Salon and I couldn't be happier with my results. Jenny knows how to deal with damaged hair, they use high quality Japanese and Korean hair products and the results are absolutely amazing! I'm glad I read the google reviews before booking. I have been there for 5 times , I used to a loyal customer. However, today was the worst experience that I ever have.I booked hair coloring with Chloe. The way of communication is so poor, disrespectful and impolite. I even have no ideas what have been done to my hair?! She was keep saying it’s a test. What kind of test? Did she put the color on? Or she tried to bleach my hair? She needs a well training about ‘ how to communicate with people efficiency’.I am so appreciate that she told me the truth about I could not get the best results cause my dark color. Can she please use appropriate way for communication? With more respectful? Instead of being rude.Please keep this in mind, a good business is not only selling products or technic but experiences.
