I would not personally recommend this business. Once I was signed up did not respond to txts, msgs or phone calls very poor communication. Always late for appointments and disorganised, no customer service/care. Made appointment for bank inspection and forgot to advise that it had been cancelled. In my opinion, totally unprofessional on all levels.

I contacted Leonie to appraise a family members property in Gatton. She was approx 50 minutes late for the appointment and the follow up since attending the home has been non-existent. I've emailed, texted, left voice mails on both her mobile phone and the receptionist and still no contact from her. Not every property is an easy sell and not every property/agent are not a good fit however I would have expected the professional courtesy to have received a return phone call or even text message to say 'thanks for the opportunity but this one isn't the one for me' instead of being ignored and wasting my time.

The biggest challenge with dealing with Leonie from Plainland Property Sales, is communication. Communication is such an important aspect of customer service which is a shame given we are entrusting someone with our most significant asset. It seems such a simple thing, to expect that the team you choose will keep you informed, take care and work with you to get the best outcome. Overall, Leonie appears to be disorganised, scattered and it’s difficult to ascertain what she was actively doing to sell the property, which unfortunately, led us to lose all trust and confidence in her. “I’m doing my best” is what we were regularly told instead of an update. Not surprisingly, when we reached out to Leonie to let her know we were not going to renew the sales contract, we didn’t receive a response or acknowledgment from her or the team. Our experience has been frustrating, challenging and we recommend you find a professional to sell your property.
