Dirt2Neat - Cleaning in Sydney

I hired dirt2neat for the end of lease cleaning services. It seemed like the cleaners lacked professional cleaning experience. Despite being a team of 3, their overall work was an unfinished rushed job. Attention to detail was completely lacking as they left cobwebs, randomly picked which glasses to clean and did not clean the balcony at all, even when I specifically asked one of them if it was cleaned and cobwebs were removed and he positively said yes. They also made several omissions in cleaning including the exhaust fans, toilet seats and bowl, bathroom windows, oven, rangehood, etc.The management was quite helpful and listened to my grievances. They had to ask the cleaners to come back, not once but, twice to finish the job but it was a hassle for me as I had to take more time off from work.

A recent experience with Dirt2Neat was amazing. The team was very professional, yet down to earth in listening to the requests, timely arrival and providing the best cleaning experience I have ever had. Their quotes were very reasonable. They had to extend their agreed hours, yet they stayed committed to clean everything to more than my satisfaction. Moreover they did not charged anything extra sticking to their promise.
