Horrendous.Dr. Dinali.I Went today for an appt at 3pm, arrived on time and notified reception of my arrival. People were coming in after me and the doctor kept taking them in while I sat and waited. 35-40 mins later I asked reception if I was going to be seen soon, the reception asked my name again, then informed me that she will tell the dr to see me next. Dr kept coming out and taking other patients. Approx 3.52pm I went back up to reception to find out what was going on as Dr kept taking other people in while I sat and waited. Reception informed me that my file was open so I will be next. Dr come out at 3.55pm (55 mins after my appt time), was a bit abrupt when I repeated my name to clarify that I was the next person. Whilst walking into the room, the first thing the Dr very indignant and accusatory, said to me was “you arrived late to your appointment”. I informed her that was not the case at all and said that I had in fact arrived a couple of minutes early. Dr was insistent that I was late, I informed her of the truth, to which her reply was “well, that’s not my problem”. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. I told her not to bother bulk billing my appointment and that she can stick it. I then went out to reception and told them what just happened and told them not to bother billing that appointment and that I will be contacting Medicare to ensure that it’s not billed. Absolutely appalling attitude!

I was very happy with my consultation at this medical centre yesterday. I received prescriptions to alleviate my severe pain and also a referral for an X-ray of the affected area. I had the X-ray in Drysdale this morning. Thank you.

First of all I got lectured for not wearing a mask by the dr and then I was told there was nothing wrong because I don’t have a sore throat or temperature. I have been unwell for 3 weeks now with ongoing headaches and something going on with my throat only to be told to go home and rest my voice and take Panadol and nurofen. Once telling the dr I was a nurse then did she proceed to ask me if I would like a referral to a specialist or a script for antibiotics. She never took my temperature or listened to my chest but I guess she did look at my throat 30 cm away with a torch like she was scared to get close to me.

Dr Dinali is an amazing doctor. She is patient, informative, knowledgeable and extremely caring and kind. My family and I won’t go anywhere else.

I have great respect for all the Doctors at Curlewis Medical Centre. To have the clinic open Sunday is sensational as the Hospitals are too busy.

Great surgery, very helpful receptionist and friendly. They answer the phone and have Good doctors too

Thankyou Dr Franklin Marcial, I appreciated your thoroughness and efficiency in what could have been a more serious ailment.Thankfully it turned out to only be minor, but as you said, it's better to be safe than sorry.

The doctors in this clinic are all caring helpful and very proffessional. You wait very little time in the waiting room and they are very thorough when you see them. I have seen 3 doctors in the practice and find it to be organised and amazing . You don’t have to wait for weeks to get an appointment. Very satisfied

Quick in and out appointment; plus the doctor was lovely to speak to as well which is great for someone with anxiety :)
