Bit disorganised and feel I get ripped off

Phil, Tyarna and the team at Spanners & Sparks Wendouree have been a pleasure to deal with. They take the time to communicate and explain things to you (I am not car savvy). They are very well priced and assisted me on where to get a replacement tyre. They also cleaned the exterior of my car and the high touch points of the interior. I'll definitely be returning there in the future. Thanks again!

My poor car has had a tuff time of it, long story short there were lots of issues. The very helpful and knowledgeable teem at spanners and sparks helped get me on the road again with absolutely fantastic communication. I always tell my friends and family about them.

This store has some pros:1. Maintenance is solid and thorough. They were able to spot many faults with my car.2. They are the only store that replies to emails promptly. Majority of stores don't reply to emails at all.3. They are able to provide 1 years of complimentary road-assistance membership with club evolution.4. Does a complimentary sanitization of high-touch points in the car and provides a small goodie-bag which contains mints and a car freshener.However, I cannot justify the actual costs for repairs at this store, when I called 5 competitors (4 independent and 1 dealership (Honda)) and the most expensive competitor was still ~$800 cheaper. I also don't know anyone who charges freight for a rear diff oil change (Honda CRV)... Except for here.I had an estimated charge for 2 Genuine Honda Rear diff oil, when you won't even go through 1 bottle.I saw a lot of Google reviews that Spanners has fair pricing, when 9.9/10 people I have consulted with in-person and online have said that the prices are very unreasonable and a complete rip-off.I would suggest to avoid this store, and make the effort to call other mechanics.

Very thorough and professional mechanics, took my WRX there for a diagnostic and they went all over the car to make sure all was well, probably the best place in the local area to take your Japanese cars to!
