I can't fault Servers Australia. They have a powerful product range that meets my requirements. I was looking for co-location with some complex networking requirements and I was able to work with the NOC to implement.When I outgrew these requirements, Servers Australia were more than happy to assist with migrating to another datacentre and seamlessly transfer my IP range and routing. The NOC were really communicative and proactive in helping us out - they took our issues seriously rather than be treated as just another ticket.On the extremely rare occasion when things haven't gone to plan they have been completely transparent on the issue so I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. This level of detail gives me great confidence in the culture of the company and very happy with their abilities.

I have used Servers Australia for the past four years now and have never experienced any down time. Their technical support has always been outstanding however I am disappointed by their billing support. It took them 2 weeks to reply to a billing ticket.They also emailed out a promotion to move to their Cloud service for no extra cost. I opted to do that back on 31st March 2017 and still to this day (07th June 2017) It is open pending action. I received one reply on the 31st March 2017 but that is all despite attempting multiple times to get the status of it.

network and resilience is not as good as claimed. many outages in 2018 and one that last over 9 hours in 1 day, they broke their network and could not figure out how to fix it, blames bad processes, yet they claim they are ISO certified, guess ISO processes means nothing as well. you would think such a large company would have their network sorted. sad we choose this mob. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SERVERS AUSTRALIA has the worst servers I have ever used. They were running really slow and we lost customers, lots of time trying to diagnose problems constantly and lost a lot of money. I don't usually post bad news very rarely but when they are still charging me for a service which I am not using and did not perform as they said it would and also they are threatening to take invoices to a collection agency. This is not how you treat your valued customers.

Nothing but praise for Servers Australia. Sales/Tech Support/Provisioning. Especially Joshua in SalesI called him so many times today in regards to 3 servers. I changed my mind on the Dedicated server spec even after signing the contract (and they ordered the parts already), but he was still patient and help me through getting everything sorted to what is best for my needs.I've tried so many hosts before, but Pre-Sales/After Sales Service and Support, SAU is just outstanding.

Servers Australia is a genuinely excellent Company to deal with. I have been with them for over five years. Over this time their help desk has been second to none - they really do offer great support with friendly staff who really know what they are doing. The help desk even remembers my name and who I am - sometimes they are so personal they even remember my voice and say hi to me personally - which is really unusual for help desks. I always feel as though they really care about my business and who I am. Congratulations to a great all Australian Company.
