Don’t get me wrong the staff are lovely…..but the protocols are horrible, they literally hold your pet for ransom once they have them even if someone else brings in, they don’t tell you if they are living or dead before they force you to sign documents for payment of 1500-2000 when the pet has only been there an hour …..I suppose if you can’t afford it and cannot sign they must just put your pet to sleep. Was then told my pet needed extensive treatment specialist may be required and 10s of thousands dollars worth of treatment…….. refused as it started to seem like a money grab, and I couldn’t afford it….I took my pet elsewhere……she heeled up with two weeks of rest, no specialists, 10s of thousands not needed. I fear every day someone will take my pet there again as I won’t be able to afford to get her out and what will they do ?!? will they rehome to recover “costs” or simply kill her. My family would be devastated.

They showed so much love to our dog and us. They went above and beyond to make the very sad loss of our dog the best it could be and did absolutely everything within their power to help. They were simply amazing!

I’ve got nothing else to say but to share my gratitude for saving my dog’s life. You have some of the most caring and knowledgeable staff and Betty wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for you.Edit: After reading the other comments of people complaining about cost - It is a 24/7 emergency vet with it’s own blood bank and staff who can commence life saving procedures and surgery at any time of the day or night. Can your vet do that? Mine certainly can’t! Seeing my Betty live to see another day was worth every penny!

I cannot thank the amazing team at CVES enough! In a time of great stress, it was a comfort to know that my dog was in good hands and being given the best care he could get. The entire team are compassionate and make sure you understand each step of the process. Their administration team are just as wonderful, ensuring the post-care admin steps are taken care of quickly and easily. Thank you all very much!

Amazing team! had to bring my cat here since everywhere else was closed and i have never felt safer leaving him in the hands of someone else, the lady who treated him was so kind to allow me to bring my friend in as well and allow me to hold him so he was more comfortable. She explained everything so clearly and even reccomended a diet for himcouldn't reccomended a place more!

I was there for a few hours today with my dog, Koda who ate something and needed xrays.All the staff were so lovely, kept me updated on his progress, and thankfully I was able to bring him home again.There were quite a few dogs there that had eaten things so it was a very busy day for everyone.

Absolutely amazing service, kind and caring and my doggo was so well looked after. They kept me in the loop so I understood what was wrong with him and price was so incredibly reasonable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
