VicRoads - Morwell Customer Service Centre

Not very helpful. Staff not up to date with information.

My first driving test I had it in heatherton vicroads at 10:45 am I failed it because my Hearing was not good (I have a hearing disability) the instructor had given me directions her voice was soft and she had a foreign accent and I asked her to repeat several times, i took many wrong turns and that caused a fail unfortunately.I had my second attempt at Morwell vicroads at 8:40am I had Leah as my driver instructor she understood my difficulty with hearing and spoke loud and clear even used her hands for directionShe made me feel comfortable and easy with driving. She understood that I was nervous but still made me feel comfortable, and then I passed my test. highly recommend doing a driving test with her:)

Shouldn't have to pay to book an appointment.

Went for a car registration. Smooth visit.

Jake made registering my car super easy and hassle free. Answered all my random questions and made the experience fun. Great to see a change from VicRoads of the past

Went in there for a supposedly simple task. But no, I got served by the rudest arrogant person who would not even listen to what I was saying. So wasted 30mins for nothing and will have to go to another branch and get it sorted.

Avoid at all costs, Had a friend do her driving test here. and was met by staff that was rude and unprofessional scoffed if you did anything wrong at all didn't pay attention properly to when you're doing head checks and slammed our car door when she exited the vehicle. overall and terrible experience go to Warringal or Sale if you can.

Horrible.Super unprofessional, nasty and instructors have such poor attitude.No communication skills at all!Don't waste your time here.

Very small bit out dated but awesome staff very friendly and helpful. Great to see you can do learner's online. Opened Saturday to catch up with backlogs due to covid.
