My sister had her eyelash extensions done and they all completely fell off within 5 days. Complete waste of money do not recommend. It is an absolute joke. Don’t ever go there. Worst place our family has been to.

Very poor customer service , also did my eyebrows shaping look different from one other . Has no idea what she does. Decided not to visit ever again

I don’t live in the area and went here thinking it was another brow bar I was looking for. I just wanted a tidy up because my brows are already very sparse. My brows were made so thin and completely different shapes which they weren’t previous. I am not happy with the outcome and wish I had looked around more for the other brow bar in the centre. However service was friendly.

I came on the 1st of May 2022, when I first walked in it seemed great, I was greeted and immediately got to start. I asked for Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint with Eyebrow Threading.The woman asked me if I wanted my upper lip done, to which I responded with “no Thankyou, I’ll do that at home” she then started doing my lip without my permission, once she started there was no point stopping. she also didn’t get all of the hair. if I had done it at home like I said I would, I’d have a better result and less pain.

Went there for underarms wax. Worst experience ever as it was so harsh I had marks and burnt bruises for days afterwards. Won’t be going back.

I've always liked how they've done my brows but I got a set of eyelash extensions and I'll never go back again for that. I had to get them removed somewhere else because some of them were glued to my eyelid and were poking into my skin. If this ever happens to you, get them removed immediately as they can get infected. The lashes were double the length of my natural lash, even after having a conversation with the technician about how my natural lashes are really fine and quite short and she told me that she would use a shorter length because of that. She smashed it out in a half hour and the work really showed it. There was clumps of glue and the fans were glued together in some places. They were glued too far along the lash line and everytime I blinked I would feel them brushing against the sides of my nose. When the work was done my eyes were stinging so much that it was hard to open them and my eyes were streaming tears because of how close to my eye the lashes were glued. I was told that it was normal for your eyes to sting. It's not! I've never once had that happen before. They don't know how to properly apply lash extensions. All over a bad experience and I'll never go back.

The ladies here are so lovely and professional. I've never had a bad eyebrow from them. Highly recommend!

Visited for eyebrow threading and tint, eyelash tint also. Very pleased with their service - gentle, thorough and considerate. Walk in, no wait and very reasonable prices.I witnessed their dealing with a difficult customer (who was in the wrong) - polite and professional.Thank you for looking after me today, I will be back!

Was great service and got the satisfaction I was looking for will be going back, I got the eyebrow tint and with red hair it was hard to find someone who would match that. some places had made me look horrible but this place made me feel really welcome I loved it
