The rudest person I have ever met serving in a shop. I received a message to go there as it was a ‘hub’. I haven’t used a hub before and wasn’t sure what it was. I assume now that my wife’s name was on something I needed to pick up, ‘if you pick a parcel you bring a bloody ID don’t you’ was her parting comment. Service with a snarl.
