Took my hamster Paul and his brother Wes to pick out a new toy, Paul felt like the Bell of the ball! He had quite the day, ran around like a happy chap. Getting Wes put down was sad.

Disappointed and upset with grooming services. Booked my dog in to get a specific length cut. When we picked up our dog she was cut shorter than what was discussed. The following day we found razor burns on her chest, around her armpits and a large cut under her collar (5cent piece size).Sent an email with photos with no response.Decided to take her back to discuss the issue.I was told from the store manager, that due to our dog having some knots, injuries can occur during the grooming process. Then told me to ‘google it’, but still defended her staff even though they did this to our dog. She later then compared it to getting cut from a hairdresser. However, continued to defend her groomers by saying our dog was ‘not cut’ and they were not at fault.Clearly the vet thought otherwise when they gave us 40 antibiotic tablets and cream.She can’t wear a collar/harness or go on walks until her wounds heal.If you love your pets, please don’t send them to these groomers.

Super disappointed. I dropped my dog off yesterday to be groomed since our regular groomer is away. I explained to the staff that we opt not to have our dog groomed with a schnauzer cut, because personally I feel like she looks cuter with a softer face, long fluffy ears, no harsh eyebrows and a fluffy beard, not the typical blunt, sharp schnauzer cut. I was advised this would cost a extra $30 and agreed as she needed to be groomed.When we arrived to pick up our dog, all I could do was laugh. She looks terrible! She looks like she's aged about 30 years and smokes a pack of ciggies a day. My soft, fluffy and gentle faced puppy has been groomed to look like a miniature pigmey hippopotamus with angry eyebrows and a sharp jawline. Thankfully the lady at the counter discounted the additional $30 fee for the tailored groom that very clearly didn't happen.The groomer mentioned that her beard was a little short to do as in the photo provided, so unadvised they went with the polar opposite version of request, leaving my dog with the worst haircut of her life and a complex.So, if you're happy to pay through the nose ($103 discounted) to have your miniature dog look like they're a recovering addict who has never been loved, take them to best friends Pakenham.Edited to add I have emailed the provided email address and received a reply telling me someone would be in contact. 2 weeks later, I've heard crickets.Such a poor experience.10/10 don't recommend..

The lady that served me was lovely. Very very friendly then carried the huge bag of dog food out to the car for me. I wish I got her name but didn't unfortunately. Thank you very much anyway

Great store with very nice staff. I was directed to what I needed & the staff member was enthusiastic & knowledgeable. All the staff members engaged with my dog also & I love that.

Very disappointed with my dog grooming, I paid $149 for a full service including nails cut, when I arrived my dogs fur on his tummy was not cut , I had to ask why they hadn’t done it, the girl took him back in and cut it which didn’t take anymore than 3 mins.I bought him home he has long fur patches around his neck ,ears and back, he is long hair dog , the only spot they did a good job was his tail and bottom , face.

Whatever you do, do not take your dog here for a groom. We took our dog in, and asked for only a bit of his fur cut. Instead, they cut his hair so short, it’s like he is a completely different dog. His coat is actually unevenly cut as well. We even specified that it’s winter so there’s no need to take a lot off. Absolutely pathetic. You charge over $100 and don’t even listen to what the customer wants.
