Having previous renovation experience, we knew how complicated renovations can be. So, we approached the idea of a major extension and renovation to our home with some trepidation, expecting the usual problems and stresses. However, we were wrong.The choice of Brindabella was not a simple task. They weren’t the cheapest quote, nor were they the most expensive, however the confidence and knowledge shown by their team started from our first meeting and did not abate – and still hasn’t!Plans drawn by our draftsperson were studied meticulously and, where further explanation was needed, it was asked for. Suggestions on design were always logical and, as it turns out, correct and it was so helpful to have frank and open discussions about material choices and preferences instead of a “she’ll be right, mate” attitude.Brindabella’s expert advice was an integral part of a smooth council approvals process.From day one, it was clear to both of us that the entire Brindabella team were mindful of the needs of the owners during a renovation. They were clear and concise on work schedules, stuck to the time frames specified and, if delayed, called well ahead of time. The work area was clean and tidy at every turn with clean ups and rubbish removal happening at regular stages.This large extension was the first stage of a three-stage process. Stage two has also been completed by Brindabella with the same efficiency, respect and quality workmanship. Even now, three years after the completion of Stage 1, we still get regular visits from the Brindabella team to inspect the work they performed and rectify anything that falls within their responsibility. Now, that’s top-notch customer service!We would not have a problem referring Brindabella to anyone looking to transform their house into something spectacular.

We had the best renovation experience with Brindabella. John, Karen, Robyn and the whole team are extremely knowledgable, experienced and professional. They looked at our house, listened to what we wanted, and came back with great ideas that resulted in renovations that are well designed, high quality, and most importantly, completed on time and within budget. There were no surprises. They helped us to renovate a one-bedroom apartment (a guest suite), a bathroom, and helped to open up our main living space by removing a wall and creating a large serving window to our kitchen with a beautiful white-quartz breakfast bar. We enjoyed working with them and would work with them again any day. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate and improve their home.
