Self-leadership coaching
Met Claudia through a mentorship program at work. Though it was pro-bono, never did I feel she was just going through the motion for me and was very much invested in helping me out in finding clarity, inner peace and satisfaction, and what I really want of my career and life. Claudia was generous with her time and was keen on maximizing the limited period the program allowed. I am thankful for her kindness, generosity, and honesty. If you're feeling a bit lost, enmeshed in your messy thoughts, and wanting clarity and direction, I think Claudia has much gift to share and help you with.

The coaching process that I did with Claudia was a discovery and an awakening.I was able to close a stage in my life that I had dragged on for a long time. In addition, I began a totally new path that I had never dared to undertake or even dream of.I obtained many tools that I continue to use today, and that have been very useful to me to manage the bittersweet moments that life brings to us.Claudia also helped me to see myself as I am, and to accept myself with everything: the good and the not so good, because, after all, that is what makes me (makes us) special and unique.

Self-leadership coaching
Without knowing what to expect. I played the Tao game and I loved it. I needed to prepare a goal that I had trouble to achieve. The game was a bit confronting in an enjoyable way. As I play along, the cards in the game asked me some how just the right questions (as if it was designed for me) to make me realize what I was missing in accomplish my goals. Playing as a team with the other participants we received and gave feedback to our answers. Claudia patiently guide us during the game to go deeper in our questions and answers. Thank you, Claus. Definitely, I will play it again.
