I have just experienced the fishing experience of a lifetime. I booked a last minute 3 night trip with the lovely Emma. I was treated like royalty the minute I arrived. The beach house is just gorgeous, the hosts John, Emma, Ron and Robyn were fabulous. There was so much delicious food and terrific company. The fishing was diverse and I experienced reef, blue water sports and Barra fishing over the 3 days. My guide Dave was exceptional and coached me and improved my confidence. I caught so many different species the highlight being an 86cm Barra on the last day. I can’t wait to go back!!!

Not sure where to start . Booked this for my mates 50th birthday . From the second we landed in Darwin we in contact with Emma we where picked up and taken to the beach house . The accommodation is so good you are made to feel like you are a family member more then a guest . The fishing is off the chain (EPIC) you name it the guides will do there best to get it ticked off your bucket list . The food is just out of this world you will not go hungry ever all day or night . You will not find a better life time experience here .Emma is the loveliest lady you will come across . The guides are next level experienced in everything you need to know or more then happy to pass on some of there knowledge.Words really can't explain the experience we had for the 5.5 days we stayed .EPIC ONE IN ALIFE TIME EXPERIENCE ( well will be more for us we will be back 100%)

The best fishing trip I have ever been on. Our host, Emma, our guides, Jackson and Dave, the Chef, Jay Mes and all the staff members offered nothing but the best facilities, food and advice on how to make our experience second to none. I will definitely be back!

What more could you ask for! Such a wonderful experience Emma and the team do an amazing job to make this an experience of a lifetime, From the very comfortable bedding/accommodation, The Unbelievable Chef (Every meal is 5 Star) And the Fishing is unbelievable! Our Guide Billy went out of his way to make this the most enjoyable fishing trip by far. These guys know what they are doing and couldn't recommend them Enough.

Great experience, 4 mates on a boat, catching some of Australia's most iconic fish. Barramundi, coral trout, red empoirer, GT, Spanish Mackerel, and many more. Boats, Guides and accommodation. Thanks Emma for a great 60th birthday.

I find it difficult to express my gratitude to Emma and her crew at Angler’s Choice Fishing Safaris based at Dundee Beach west of Darwin NT.My son and I had travelled to Darwin from Melbourne and Perth to join a live aboard for 8 days. On the day of pickup we were informed the trip was cancelled. My son immediately hit the internet but all live aboards were already at sea. A constant recommendation was to contact Emma at Angler’s Choice, if she couldn’t fit us in she would know where to try. Four phone calls later we were booked at AC and away we went.Sensational fishing, luxury accommodation, soothing swimming pool and fantastic meals. We didn’t pack sufficient beer but topped up at the Dundee Beach Lodge.First two days were Barra and bust ups with Josh. We caught more than 20 Barra and it was not the best season and spent two weary afternoons reeling in mackerel, mack tuna, golden trevally and the occasional shark. Great fun.A day with Wayne travelling all over the place resulted in an array of fish. Memorable are the two blue bones, a hefty Spaniard, golden snapper, tricky emperor, honeycomb cod, 7 bar cod(?) and a few others. More bust ups for the end of the day to sap the last of our energy.We spent the next three days with young Billy. It was like having two sons on board. We were joined by Stephen and Peter and that became competition but we all scored. We got our first jewfish and landed a few but the big ones eluded us until the last day when S & P were swapped with Andrew and Jo and Andrew landed a 1m+ jewfish. My son got a queenie and all is right in the world.Everything else is sorted by the irascible Emma, her partner John and staff Ryan, Amy and Dar. Be warned if you are not a hugger you may get uncomfortable, a small price for a homely, family feeling experience.Transfers by Hully can be conversational or relaxing, up to you. Thank you Hully for finding and returning my son’s laptop.We ended up taking home (Perth) over 17kg of fillets, we donated the rest to the base kitchen. The base kitchen is ruled by Jamus and the food is superb. Bring your appetite because he really feeds you, just be wary how you answer the question “how to do take your steak”, there is only one correct answer.Peter & Jake

Superb from beginning to end – 6 stars!We arrived the night before our trip and stayed at the lodge for 2 nights with all meals included. Had the best full day blue water / reef fishing ever thanks to seriously expert guide Dave – he not only put us in all the right spots, he was great company and went above and beyond… we bagged many species from nana-gai on the reefs, to tuna on lures, to a cobia plucked from a school of sharks.Emma has built a really impressive operation here, with a great team culture that is infectious – we also really valued her advice during the planning stages. The lodge was a perfect base - special thanks to fabulous hosts Wayne and Michelle. After an epic day, Dave made filleting the fish look easy and Wayne cooked it all to perfection while we took a dip in the pool – we were very well looked after!

What an incredible day! The service and hospitality that we felt from the beginning was top notch. Hully and Wayne were great all day on the boat and thanks so much to Emma for fitting us in!If you want a fishing charter that will leave you with incredible memories, these guys are the ones to go with!

Wow what an amazing Fishing, food and holiday experience. The organisation of this place is incredible. First they pick you up from either your accommodation or the airport take you to paradise called Dundee Beach, the accommodation is fantastic with Air conditioned rooms, the food is chef prepared and exquisite then the fishing wow the guides are so knowledgeable but not only that they talk to you about what fish you are hoping to tick off your bucket list and boy don’t they try to achieve this. I would like to say that we have now been clients 5 times and it never disappoints and we feel like all the staff are so excited when you return from your day of fishing to find out what you have caught, they genuinely are as excited as you are (this makes the atmosphere something special) I really want to mention Emma the owner she is so helpful when booking & just gets to know you & the people you are coming with so she can make sure everyone has an amazing time. You’ll have an amazing time with the guides, all day fishing, and the best part is arriving to the beach house and you just feel like home and a place to have fun, have a swim, drink, sunset.. and food and staff are amazing, it’s been just perfect!
