Royal Life Saving Aquatic Academy - Seven Hills

Love the facility! Staff is very helpful and trainers know what they are doing. My son is enrolled here for more than an year now (excluding 8 months gap due to COVID19), and I can clearly see the progress. Better to enrol the kids when they are babies, they learn faster. Aquatic academy also provides classes for adults, if anyone willing to learn.Edit: They have new rating system (level or group based) to track progress, and it's easy to understand. When kids move up a level, they get to ring a bell. It's working as motivational factor for my son.

Well-kept premises, ample parking, friendly staff & some great swimming teachers.

No makeup class adjustments for last week of session. No practice Sessions for kids. Too many kids in one session so average time per kids below 7 minutes.

Not so good experience so far. Clerical staff is rude staff. Slow children progress. They don't help you even if you loose money on class. If you have makeup lesson and not well then also nobody will help you, I tried by best and politely requested them and also referred past instances, but got big and strict 'No'. It seems it was already decided not to help.Swimming instructors are good but child progress is very slow so far.

Great place, really good swim instructors. Plenty of parking. Always willing to make life easier for the parents if you have more than 1 kid that has swimming lessons.

My experience at this Training facility has not been the best. The progression through to another level is extremely slow. The management should definitely try improving this as a number of other reviews have suggested the same thing.Also, when you move to another class you also are mixed into the same level, but with people who are learning different skills. This means you repeat unnecessary activities over and over.Altogether, the service in classes, and their organisation is pitiful, but the experience when being accustomed to a class is great.If the complaints mentioned were to be solved, I believe that the facility is definitely a good investment to building your or your child''s health while having fun. The teachers are fine, but once again, the customer service needs serious improvement.

See , its a big swimming coaching centre, which has its own pros and cons. They are professional, everything is as per process and sorted, pools are good and well maintained.Cons: You or your kid will just be part of huge crowd and will never get enough attention unless you are getting some different personal coaching. Kids stay for such a long period upto several months in one level, because there is one class in a week and each trainer has 4 kids to train so effectively every kid gets 5-10 mins every week, imagine how much they will learn and in how much time.Also, you will struggle to book makeup classes and also to find a time slot of your preference.Also, if you go to make up class, its just a formality, my kid was on octopus but they assigned trainer from other level who had no idea which level my kid is.

As an adult I have been going for some months. I have had two instructors. Both have been very supportive. The current instructor A* explains, shows clearly the technique and individually cares for all the students. It has given me confidence that I would be able to swim laps by the end of this year. The administrative staff always greeted me with smile and provided excellent customer service. Would recommend anyone.

Good for learning swimming for kids and adults. Friendly stuff and reasonable fees.

I have been bringing my twins for at least 1.5 years. My kids started at the age of 5 and now they are 6.5years old. The teachers are good and always find a way to make learning fun yet effective. The main teachers my kids worked with were Alana, Chelsea, and currently they are with Brayden. Overall I recommend this place.The parking is sometimes a problem but not every time.The staff in general is friendly and helpful.
