The girls there are friendly and are knowledgeable with their work. As always be specific with ANY hairdresser with what you want done and ask the hairdresser/stylist to repeat back to you what your request was so you both get a good visual on what you want done. I just went over to get some colouring done as she was nice enough to do a bit extra for me without me asking. Their prices are reasonable and they do their best to work with your budget just as long as you don't ask for a ridiculous discount because they too have mouths to feed. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I'll be back again. Thank you ladies!

The girl that’s pregnant does a lovely job! She’s the only one I love to go to for face threads.For the other tall girl I think her name is Pooja, she always charges me extra and doesn’t do a good job. I asked for full face thread and she rushed it as she had other customers. There was still hairs on my face that she didn’t take off. If it wasn’t for her, this place would be 5-star

I gave the worker a picture of the hair i wanted done, and did not do what i asked, burnt my hair and started working on my hair after 4 hours of my appointment. After staring my hair once a costumer came in to do their eyebrows, she left my hair and started on them. I was supposed to be done by at 1pm but she finished at 5:30 pm.

My eyebrows have several bald patches in them after getting them done. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years, and this is the first time they have been so insanely irritated and itchy days following a service. Because of the spots in my eyebrows I have to wear makeup to feel comfortable about them.

Waiting time is too long, they rock up late to open the shop and there’ll be girls waiting outside already. The tall worker always charges me extra I have to correct her with the prices. Was waiting 10 mins for her to finish texting on her phone so I could get my eyebrows done (I was the only customer).

I have been struggling with hairstylists that are not passionate with their art for many many years. I got the best hair & colour service provided by Pooja @g&shinehairbeauty I’m fully satisfied with their work!! It looks fabulous and makes me feel so young

Unprofessional service as lady was talking on the phone during my appointment. She was rough with my hair wouldn’t recommend.Update:Manager has been in contact apologised and offered free service. Was advised to contact her private number to arrange an appointment. After several attempts to do so I have had no reply!! Quite frustrating.

Best service provided by Jasminder kaur, she did my facial and and hair straighting. She is very friendly. Highly recommend.
