My experience with everyone I dealt with at Kindred Property was positive. I always cherish a good and fast communication. Furthermore, being elderly, it was helpful for me that the consultant explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Kindred were wonderful during the whole process. Although we were dealing with a lot of people during the sale we got everything through on time. They were very easy to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone. One thing I would suggest is to get your own conveyancer as the one that was offered to us didn't suit.

We were so happy with the service we received from Terry & the team at Kindred when purchasing our home. He went above & beyond and we would have no hesitation recommending Kindred to friends looking to buy or sell.

The team at Kindred provided the best experience. Buying a house is a very stressful time, with banks delaying and the amount of red tape required. Kindred were in touch every day, helping to advise and working between vendor and buyer to make sure all was smooth. In many years of dealing with RE agents, I must admit that I have never experienced such a professional and easy to work with team. Amazing work Kindred and happy to recommend you any time.

I very rarely write reviews, but in this case it is a well warranted one. We recently purchased a property in Margate and had the pleasure to deal with Sara and Adam from Kindred throughout the lengthy process of negotiating and settling the purchase. I have worked with a number of agents over the years in every facet of the business, but I would rate Sara as one of the best and most professional ones I ever came across. Our purchase wasn't an easy one, with multiple rounds of negotiations and complex finance arrangements, but Sara has dealt with it in an extremely positive and professional manner, maintaining an efficient communication until the desired outcome was reached for both parties.

We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Kindred Property as our property manager over the last two years, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of communication and overall incompetence made our tenancy a frustrating and unpleasant one.From the very beginning, it was evident that our property manager Shelly had no regard for clear and timely communication. Whether it was responding to emails or returning phone calls, she consistently fell short. We often found ourselves waiting weeks, if not months, for a simple response to our queries or concerns. This lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary delays and left us feeling completely disregarded as a tenant.Furthermore, when we did manage to get in touch with Shelly, her responses were vague and unhelpful at best. It seemed like she and the team had no understanding of their own responsibilities or the property they were managing. Basic inquiries were met with ignorance or brushed off without any attempt to find a resolution. Their dismissive attitude made it clear that they had little interest in providing quality service to tenants.Maintenance requests were another headache entirely. Despite reporting several issues with the property, ranging from flooding damage, to leaking roofs and mould and missing property Shelly consistently failed to address them in a timely manner. It was as if our concerns were being ignored altogether. Not only did this inconvenience us, cost us money, but it also created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment.To make matters worse, when we escalated our concerns to higher management or attempted to reach out to the owner, we were met with the same level of apathy and disregard. It became evident that the poor communication and lack of professionalism were not isolated to one individual but rather reflected the overall culture at Kindred Property.In conclusion, I cannot express how disappointed we are with Kindred Property and their abysmal communication skills. Their consistent unresponsiveness, lack of knowledge, and overall incompetence made our tenancy an absolute nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering renting a property managed by Kindred Property to look elsewhere, as you will undoubtedly encounter countless frustrations and unnecessary obstacles.Avoid this property manager at all costs – save yourself the headache and find someone who values clear communication and understands the importance of tenant satisfaction.

What an awesome experience we have had with kindred property. I have already recommended this real estate to anyone and everyone I know that is in search of a house. Walk into kindred and it's just so inviting. The office looks awesome and inspiring. What kindred have done to their office separates them from all the other boring real estates.Where do I even start with our property manager Jessica Edwards. She is a kind caring people person who done way more then she needed to, to help us out. She has goon above and beyond for us and we are more then grateful for that. Side note. She deserves a pay rise. She holds a very high professional standard and at the same time she goes to great lengths to help out people who are in the rental market. If it was possible to give a 10 star review for both kindred and Jessica Edwards then we would do that. 5 stars just does not cut it with what kindred and Jessica have done to help us out. The world needs more real estates like kindred and more property managers like Jessica Edwards.We almost lost all hope when we were applying for houses. But then kindred come along and gave us a chance when no other real estate would.
