Glasshouse Events

We had a milestone birthday brunch at The Glasshouse and had an amazing time. The event planner Laura was so friendly, helpful and professional from day one and the whole experience was positive. Even with a large event size (80 adults and 50+ children), they were accommodating with the menu and venue spaces to suit our needs (we had the party in the Hydroponics area and the Courtyard and Pergola). The actual day turned out beautifully, and our guests were so impressed by the light, airy green space and delicious food which came out smoothly, while catering for some dietary restrictions. Thank you staff in the kitchen and out for all your efforts leading up to and on the day. Both young and old enjoyed the morning thoroughly and we are grateful to have found such a perfect venue in The Glasshouse. We recommend them for your next big (or small) celebration!

We had an internal corporate event for our staff at the Glasshouse, and it went so well and smoothly that we used it again for our external event for our media partners.Laura and her team were absolute professionals and had everything covered, meaning that we could focus on what we had to deliver. A huge weight off our shoulders, and they were extremely accommodating of our needs. Would 100% use again and would recommend in a heartbeat.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my baby shower at the Glass House Artarmon, and I cannot express enough how exceptional the experience was. From start to finish, the service, food, and ambiance were truly unforgettable. I would like to take a moment to recognise the outstanding efforts of the staff, especially Naresh, James, and Laura, who went above and beyond to make our special day truly magical.First and foremost, i'd like to thank Laura the event manager for her seamless coordination, attention to detail, and outstanding ability to understand and articulate my vision, ensuring a truly flawless and unforgettable baby shower. She was so easy to work with and super responsive.Secondly, the floor staff were amazing. Every guest at the baby shower was in awe of the attentive and friendly nature of the staff. James, in particular, stood out with his exceptional customer service skills. He anticipated our needs before we even had a chance to ask, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the event. His attention to detail and professionalism truly made us feel valued. I truly believe the success of the day was due to Laura and James who worked hand in hand to make sure everything we had asked for was delivered.The food served at the Glass House was an absolute delight. The new chefs have definitely raised the bar, and it was evident in every dish we enjoyed. From the appetisers to the main course and coffees, the quality, presentation, and flavours were simply incredible. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, and I couldn't agree more.Moreover, the ambiance of the Glass House was nothing short of breathtaking. The venue itself was stunning. It provided the perfect backdrop for our baby shower, creating a lovely, classy atmosphere. The attention to detail in the setup, lighting, and overall design truly exceeded our expectations. The new management have certainly transformed the place into what it is today.I am immensely grateful to the Glass House for making our baby shower an unforgettable event. The changes in management and the introduction of new chefs have undoubtedly elevated the entire experience to new heights. We had the most amazing birthday celebration in the Pergola section. The food was excellent and the staff are top notch. We were so glad we used them for our special event, thank you, you were all excellent!!
