Re: Boot order Busselton about 9.30am.Staff member who brought shop to my vehicle just watched me put my own shopping in my boot. She did not touch a bag. Quoted to her, don't you assist customers, she just smiled. OMG Woolworths where did you find this staff member. Your staff are usually great with customer service.

I am tired of being pushed into self service due to little staff being on registers, only to find that the self serve checkouts constantly freeze and require 'authority' for a plethora of reasons.. incorrect weight, verify produce, I have my own bag (stated at the beginning)..I am also filmed (without my consent) at the register, which I find absolutely invasive.Woolies, why do you push customers to self serve and then film every transaction and make them feel like a criminal in the process?People, the only option is to IGNORE the self service registers, and line up into the aisles for a manned register.At least this way we are supporting the jobs of people employed to serve us.
