They installed an RV drawer system and and twin floors so all the seats had to be removed out of my 2017 prado VX. They installed it correctly and did a good job. I asked the sales person how do i install the back seats in case i need it in the future if i want to take the twin floors out and if their are any instructions. He said dont worry you'll figure it out". Also i had a KAON brand tray fitted at the back of the door. They had to remove it as the door wouldn't close because the Draws are too close to the door. They called me to tell me after the job was done. I understand they had to remove it to complete the job but I wish they called me during the process just to inform me. I said to the salesman i paid $270 for the back tray and now i cant use it. He said well there isnt much we can do but there is a possible way of customising but didnt offer any service of that which i understand as its not their product. He said a $3848 product vs $270 product

Just had my 200 Series in for some work in preparation for the arrival of our new AOR Quantum+ Supercamper. I got a Lovell's GVM upgrade, all the electrical wiring done, plus a few other bits and pieces. Thanks to Russell and the team for an awesome job and top customer service. They also successfully and quickly solved a knocking noise I had coming from under the vehicle somewhere. Ended up being some rocks caught behind some bash plates. I'm really wrapped with the work and the service. Thanks fella's. Top stuff!

Would 100% recommend ultimate 4wd, Russel has been a massive help whilst my 76 series was in the workshop. Keeping me updated on everything whilst also calling around to sort out new parts for me.

Good advice and service. Reasonable advice when addressing customer expectations. Even took time at short notice to address minor concerns after job completed, job priced competitively on 300kg constant springs with 40mm lift' full elite series suspension kit. Will consult on any future work.

I had airbags fitted to my MUX at Ultimate 4wdin April and the they have performed faultlessly for 15K towing a van. The job was done on time and at a reasonable price. Can't recommend this business enough. Steve from QLD.

I dealt with Brendan and spoke about his Dad, Glen, who I had a lot of dealings with in his/our earlier days about 4x4 - Now with the new premises, things are just as good with friendly and knowledgeable staff plus plenty of hints and tips - really good people to deal with.

The team here are truly 5 Star.I had a GVM upgrade done on my 200 series in Melbourne 8 weeks ago. Travelling around Australua we had it serviced at Toyota in Perth and they noticed some issues with the suspension. They suggested I get it looked at. They wouldnt look at it as it was after market. Drove past and popped in at Ultimate 4WD Equipment for some advice. I Had the Service Manager and 2 mechanics have a quick look at it and they were happy to give their opinion. The even gave me a couple of brackets to assist with fixing the issue. Great to see an expert company happy to help a bloke out.Thanks again for the advise guys.
