Never answer calls to book. Couldn’t book from website that bought from groupon

Coldest 3 minutes of my life but wow did I feel good. The team at Cryo are amazing. They really know the science and it shows when they are treating you. Highly recommend! Great setup!

I don’t have a Google account so I’m using my friends to do my review. I had my first Cryo Facelife with my $150 voucher yesterday. The facelift itself was very relaxing and the temperature wasn’t as bad as I thought. Only downside was that I told the lady ( whose name I won’t put on here for everyone to see but she was blonde) why I was having the facelift done, then all of a sudden she starts being very invasive and nosey and starts asking me all these private and personal questions and bringing things up that obviously was going to upset me, because of my anxiety I didn’t feel comfortable telling her to stop but no one expects to be interrogated when coming for a professional service. Also just a suggestion, having an emergency button would be a good idea when putting people under the led light because you walk out of the room and leave them there for quite a while and I felt myself having a panic attack.

Mark and Katie have change my life, best treatments i have ever had. I have lost 13cm around my tummy and have one more treatment left. The facial tightening treatment has improved my face to the point no more filler for me lol. would recommend any of the treatment they have on offer. The prices are also the cheapest I have seen.

So called specialist was treating my wife and machine not working , she forgot to put the serum on my wife's stomach which caused unnecessary pain ,, will be seeking refund or better deal !

Felt really different from the cold sensation to the led heat . But after was so glowing and smooth my skin . I have noticed three days later my skin is feeling like sandpaper ?? Perhaps it’s resurfacing, a bit itchy and a little Inflammed. Will see how it goes the next few days ? Pigmentation has design lightened .

Most of the ladies are lovely, but I went to my final (confirmed) appointment and the doors were locked and nobody was there. This was a week before I was due to leave overseas, so when I finally got in touch I asked for a refund - and I’ve been ghosted ever since. They won’t respond to my emails, which is a shame, because I reckon I spend over 2k there. They’ve lost a loyal and lucrative customer by failing to communicate.

The whole experience of Below Zero Cryo is excellent and wonderful. The staff are friendly, professionally trained and the equipment is state of the art. I like the cryo experience as for my health and weight loss. Highly recommend, Sam
