Julia Nguyen was just a terrific liaison between all parties involved with our stay in a beautiful apartment within the CBD of Adelaide. She was proactive in seeking solutions to the very few problems that arose in our stay there over two years and furthermore, was highly communicative and available when needed (in my rental experience, it is rare!).The office at Plympton was a real pleasure to work with as they seeked the best outcomes for us and I would highly recommend their expertise in property renting as they made transition for my partner and i as easy as it could have been.

My properties are managed by them, they always think ahead of me and come up a best solution whenever there are any issues pointed by the tenants; they do the quarterly report with so many details. Their system is also advanced and clear enough to see all the incomes, outcomes, documents, etc.
