My partner and I had the tastiest meals tonight. We ordered five entrees to share and they tasted so great. Our server named Rhiannon was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back again.

Rude manager, was told not allowed to eat outside and we could only have one menu to look at. Have messaged them and no call back. Live in East Perth and can only say do what we did and go to a different restaurant!

Oh my goodness that was so good. We had the tasting plate and it was so delicious. The fried bread tasted amazing and the Mac and cheese - oh my goodness fried Mac and cheese. My friend had the steak which she really enjoyed. I had the salmon and I could not stop saying how good it was it was just delicious. On and on!!! All the tastes together in that dish.

Located in a lovely setting and has good ambience for dining. Food is delicious, depending on what you order. Salmon was deliciously cooked but steak was over done for medium rare. Although staff was friendly, it was hard to try to get their attention to request for additional things.

The food is quite tasty, however I would say it isn't as decadent as others describe. We have been here twice now with varying group sizes.The mains (steak) are ok but on the pricey end for the quality (understandable as it is a hotel-restaurant). However, you might expect a restaurant on terrace road/Langley Park to be just a tad more quality!We ordered dishes to share like tapas on another occasion and the food again, was decent and filling in the end. The only thing I would specifically point out is that the chrorizos/salami on any dish was a bit dry and tough.I would recommend it for a casual style restaurant, but it doesn't transcend fine-dining which we believe Gusti is potentially trying to inch to. I indicated it was one of our guest's birthday, but this was not acknowledged. (Not that it was mandatory, but the options came up to select when i was booking, you would expect that might be something).Staff took our drinks and food orders but queries why we only ordered 1 drink less than the amount of people at the table...it needed to be explained that 1 did not drink alcohol and water was sufficient... however the rest of the night, we were not asked to get further drinks/had to ask each time for more tap water. Not a complaint per se, just not what you'd expect from a restaurant that is endeavoring to be 'nice'.I would also recommend booking on external websites (they used to have 30% off and other deals - it pays to shop around).

A solo diner at 8pm on a Monday night. I tried to get a table here only to be told they are full. I kid you not, half the restaurant was empty with diners all cramped into a noisy corner. I could visibly see that half or more of the restaurant was completely vacant.I thought maybe it’s because they limit how many diners due to short staffing or something - but then I was offered to order room service…with an added delivery cost of $4 to the already extraordinarily high meal prices.The menu has no sense - it doesn’t follow a certain cuisine or pattern, I’m not sure of their speciality. The set menu doesn’t actually over any value to guests, there’s literally no saving to be had unless you pair certain items but the saving is minimal.Decided to pick some wraps for dinner from the display opposite reception but they were stale despite having a use by date 2 days from now and being allegedly made yesterday.If you’re staying at this hotel, I’d recommend dining elsewhere - it’ll be cheaper and likely better.

Reasonable quality food with a very good chef - I suspect there is an accountant telling the chef what to do so ingredients are quality but not world leading. My entree was the Wasabi prawns - with a yummy combination of sauces and several small prawns. My mains was the 300g Wagyu steak, medium rare, with truffles mashed spuds. The mashed spuds were yummy but I couldn't taste truffle. The steak was good quality but not awesome. I'll have my steak rare next time I come here. My desert was the chocolate fondant - it was yummy but the accompanying icecream was not awesome.Prices are high without using the chef's menu or some sort of easily available discount (I used a Thefork voucher) Decor is standard hotel restaurant, with good attentive staff, but nice and quiet on a Monday night.

Not a great experience here at all. Was extremely quite when I went. I made a booking prior. Walked in and staff ignored us. Was waiting a few minutes and no one came to us. Had to walk to the hotel reception to get any service. Finally got our table and a glass of water each. No menus. Finally got menus and decided what we wanted. Had to wait again around 15 mins. Got food ordered and food came. Meal was nice and tasty which was a positive. That's the only positive I can give and can't be bothered writing a long review.

Menu is moderate in offering. Table service definitely needs attention as does the offering of 2 or 3 set menu items for a discounted price. No flexibility drives potential trade out the door.. great view from the deck ... Food quality was above average but don't expect a MR salmon steak. That just doesn't compute. It wouldn't take much to improve an average to an excellent outcome.
