Great Shop and staff couldn't be happier. So sorry to see you all struggle every time we have a flood . It must be heart breaking.

My favourite place to browse through once or twice a month on a Saturday & never walk away empty handed. Have scored some amazing bargins, especially in ladies clothing! Very convenient drop off bay down the driveway on the right hand side of the building. The two lovely ladies at the counter most recently have been so friendly and welcoming :-)

Decent size store. Loads of clothes at great prices. Pretty good selection of books at good prices. Some furniture, DVDs, toys. Even some new convenience store type stuff. Loads of parking and friendly staff.

Whilst shop is good, service terrible. Been there twice and same lady served me at counter and she was rude and dismissive when asked a simple question-holding up her hand and not even letting me finish the question I was asking about the item. Need to get better volunteers who have customer service skills to represent the business.

Only just got introduced to this place. Second visit and love it. Got a couple of little trinkets.

I've always found this s good place to return containers

First time visiting this op shop and we were pleasantly surprised. There were some great items at good prices. Obviously we always prefer it cheaper, but it is pretty good. It's a spacious shop with loads of stock.

Very good place to find a bargain

This is by far one of the best opshops in Ipswich! The furniture prices are the best and it has a high turnover so there's new stock constantly. At the back is a recycle centre for cans and bottles. Not only clothes and household items but plants and gardening supplies. It's one of 'those' opshops where you can have a good rummage especially if you are creative or a maker like I am looking to upcycle or recycle great vintage finds.My last experience was tainted by a very sour young woman on the Saturday counter. I cannot specify enough that you need to have good customer service and manners even if you are an unpaid volunteer because people don't forget you're behaviour.
