Great toy store, it would have got the 5th star but the product I was after was out of stock.

There are many toys in there but I can't find one for my children. I hope they could've introduced more educational toys as most of them I found it is just toys or dolls. And come with a price some of the toys may be cheaper elsewhere like BigW or online. I know it is hard to do business these days and you need to be smart if you want to survive

Really great service, probably the largest amount of toys in a toy shop I have ever seen, all in separate areas, good pricing and price matching I believe too. A little hard to manouvre a pram but still manageable. Pre-covid they had parent facilities too including breastfeeding room with play area for toddlers too - brilliant.

Although the shop presents well they really need to address their returns policy. Returning a product less than 2 hours after purchase because it doesn’t charge is NOT a problem for the manufacturer and falls squarely within their mandatory return policy. Staff need a complete retrain regarding their obligations.

Alec was a fantastic help. Did what he could to help us but needed help from the manager who was nowhere to be found. We were going to buy a ride on electric car for our grandson but Alec needed advice from the manager. We waited for nearly 30 minutes but the manager was not around. As we left the store we asked the other staff on the floor if the manager was available but they all said they didn't know where she was. Unfortunately you lost a big sale because of this

Amended review with 5 stars.The very same day a lovely lady by the name of Rachael from the company contacted me. They went above and beyond!!!. I just received the product that wasn't available and I can not say thank you enough. They got it express delivered to me so I know my little girl will have the biggest smile in the entire world when she get's up on Christmas morning to open the present she's dreamed of having for a very long time. Thank you Toymate. You have surpassed my expectations from any company that I have dealt with in a very long time.Original review. with 1 Star.To say I am disappointed would be the understatement of the century. Placed an order for a toy for my little girl for Christmas on the 2nd of December. Got confirmation via email on the 8th to say the order has been delayed. Today the 16th of December Got an email to say no stock. You should receive your refund within 7 days. Christmas is next week. Now there are none of these anywhere in stock not even in NSW and that was all my little girl really wanted. So Thanks Toymate for Nothing!!!!!

Perfect place for all types n brands of toys for your kids.

Ever since losing Toys R Us in Belconnen, this shop has been my go to for toy collecting. The staff are friendly and becoming a member offers discounts! I spent over $90 there last time and in my next shop I have a 5% discount. I really enjoying seeing their wide range of toys that are simply not in stock at other toy markets. Definitely check it out for yourself!

Good collection of Legos, Rubik's cube and RC cars, good place to go for the premium gifts. Would be awesome if have more Rubik's cube brands like GAN.

Good-New in Canberra. Replaced Toys R us.-Well categorised toys which is easy to find out your toys.-Not sure about price but many Legos were sold out already.-Located at Majura park shopping centre.-There is kidz playground and breastfeeding rooms next to Outdoor section.BadNil
