We went a long way from South East to visit Jubilee estate on Sunday afternoon, the customer representative was very rude, he straight away asked that do you have any appointment? I asked him, is it necessary to have a prior appointment and he responded no it’s preferable. I try to ask him about future releases but he didn’t show us master plan and information about future releases. Most pathetic customer service.

When we bought sales person adviced OC fees 990$ now engine charges 1400$ not fair. Charging so much before all facilities provided and no proper answer or clarification provided.

We went to get a quote from Chris from Jubilee, he was extremely friendly and helpful at the beginning of our experience, however we decided to go with another builder that was better suited to us, we made an appointment to see Chris to tell him the news and thank him for everything he had done to date.. His response to us builder going with another builder was “That was a waste of my time, then grabbed our file and threw it in the bin that was 5 metres away” extremely unprofessional!

Service from the sales team(Nawfis and William) was excellent. Always went out of their way to help where possible and kept very good communication even after the sale. Highly recommended.

great estate, parks and roads well maintained. lot of indian community and very safe place. water park is superb. Hope the estate gives away land to extend Balan road soon.

Well truth is can only give ,Four Stars ,,because I never entered the complex ,,but it sure look great and ,is going to do well where it is positioned,, but I was lost trying to find a Street that was around Five k,s back ,but boy are the houses going up ,they but get them out of boxes ,kit type ,hey Non one day then in a flash you have a home,, so Im sorry and to bloody old to go to the Aqua centre ,,but will entise others ,famly and others ,ok

This estate and their management is a joke. I regret to buy land here. Unnecessary and irrelevant breach notices for tiny things, unreasonable fines despite the issues has been rectified. High body corporate fees despite alot of property/lots have been sold. I would not recommend anyone for Jubilee. I wish i can sell mine and move somewhere else.

Land is 3 years since deposit now thier own building company Shape homes wants another 45K to start the build as they took so long to develop the land. stuck with land so small cant do anything with. or cough up another45K not happy kids.

Owners corporation is nothing but a joke. Engine group is taking care of it and you will just be ripped off if you buy land here. Land sales advised that at the time of sale that the OC fees will be $990 and it will commence 45 days after the facilities are completed. Complete lie and none of the facilities are started yet and the fees has actually gone up to $1400. You can get infringements for tiny things that are so irrelevant. Stay away from buying in this estate.
