The gentleman was polite and easy to talk to about the fault code on my Panasonic microwave but the advice that it was more than likely a scrap job and buy a new one wasn't correct, Panasonic have a voltage protection in them and it only needed to be reset with a simple program that Panasonic emailed me to. Problem solved.
