Aqua Dream Pools

Nick, Noka & Dan built our pool 4 years ago and it is the best decision we have ever made. The design service and patient explanations from Nick were excellent to start the process, and the construction of the pool led by Noka was an eye-opener. The sheer number of things they did that were just 'fail-safes' or because it was 'the right thing to do' even though to me it seemed like over-kill were incredible.The final result was exactly what we had hoped for, and 4 years on they are still helping us get the most out of our pool with great service & tips for keeping it looking pristine. The Aqua Dream Team turned my backyard into a resort. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and the final outcome the envy of all who visit.The total build included swim up bar with stainless steel seating, outdoor shower facility, walk around ledges, shallow wading area and garden beds to complete our tropical paradise.I cannot speak highly enough of Nick, Nokka and Dan who made it all happen.

Unfortunately our pool has not been worth the money and our calls and messages were ignored. The plaster work on our pool deteriorated after 2 years and we have had to have it patched twice at our cost. There are many places where the plaster is coming away and it really needs to all be removed and re done. So the charming looks and personality only lasts whilst the transaction is going through and the after care sales is very disappointing.Well, finally a response from Aqua Dream Pools. You did well to ignore my calls for many years and I wasn’t able to log a claim in the small claims tribunal due to wasting so much time trying to resolve it with you. The pool was dug in April concreted ~July 2010 with the promise of it being finished for Christmas. You kept putting us off and playing games with the completion of the pool because you had ‘new business’ we were backed into a corner and pressured into a waiver just so our pool could be finished for Christmas. Something you had a year to prepare for. We spent an extra $5k on Bisazza mosaic tiles, this was a complete waste of money as every week one of them falls off, and they still continue to fall off. How do you explain this? I’m thinking poor workmanship!It does not surprise me that you do not have SPASA membership, they wouldn’t have you and all your dodgy pools.By the way, please remove our images and testimonial from your website as this is misleading for people who are wanting to do business with you.

Nick and the crew from ADP just completed a renovation on our pool and delivered a quality finish far greater than expected. Clearly they love what they do, it showed through the pride in their work. The job came in on time and budget. Great effort guys!

I have been dealing with the guys at Aqua Dream Pools for a number of years now. The knowledge and experience they have in the field is second to none. The finished product is always to an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a concrete pool.
