Great service easy to deal with

Very professional operation. I reported to reception and was greeted promptly. My item was brought out straight away and loaded on my trailer by a skillful fork driver. Once I secured the load I was on my way, all in the space of 10 minutes. I highly recommend this business.

The Mainfreight staff were very helpful and polite. Would not get anything freighted by anyone but Mainfreight.

I'd love to give a lower rating. These guys are a disgrace to the trucking industry, if you want your goods arriving a couple of weeks late and heavily damaged, use these guys, otherwise avoid at all costs.The Mainfreight staff do not care at all.

Mainfreight picked up a 3 packages from Durabilt Products last Monday 13/1/2020 for delivery to Batlow a distance of 185 Km. Its now 5.38pm Thursday 16/1/2020 and no sign of goods. After a phone call on Friday I have been promised delivery next Tuesday that is 8 days or 23Km per day could have delivered it myself on a wheelbarrow quicker than that. Terrible service, will recommend to supplier to use alternate transport. After the goods have failed to arrive as promised on Tuesday 21/1/2020 I am currently on the phone to them and are being told nothing but lies He tried to tell me the road was still closed due to fires, I then asked him why they loaded the freight for transport to Batlow this morning. You have to be intelligent to tell lies.I don't tolerate lies. Do not use this transporter

Absolutely useless company. Delivery expected 4 weeks ago I have made a call each week to follow up because each person I speak to states I don’t know I will find out and call you back the same day I hear nothing for a week so I try call again and same story. “Oh we hire a different company to deliver for us and we are at their mercy when they choose to deliver sorry” how is a multi national company at mercy ofA small country town truck driver as to if they get a delivery done even to the extent of 4 weeks common that is pathetic
