Went the wreckers thinking that's where you go for parts to get a automatic shifter button but get told I have to buy the whole shifter but I don't need the whole shifter only the button must not have to to the right place if I can't get the part I need which is the reason to goto a wrecker not to buy parts I don't need

How come it says open on internet n you are not open so what going on with the service

Rang up to enquire about a part and he found it while I was on the phone. Drove down and he was waiting with the part on the front desk. Really affordable and very quick, friendly service.

Went here to get a second hand Power steering pump, quoted $50 over the phone, went in and got the part, was charged an additional $5 for using eftpos (its 2016 charging 10% to use this service is strange).Took pump home installed into car only to find it was the wrong version not interchangeable unless you happen to own a $100 part to swap pulleys over. Took item back myself and a young block went to look in the yard only to find nothing but incompatible parts from newer model. Asked for refund instead of simply taking my card and refunding money back on to it like many, many, many other businesses do instead ask for bank details so they can do a direct deposit. 4 days later it arrived back into my bank account.The irony is that when i went to purchase this item he was discussing customer service and running a business / basically having a whinge about another place he went to, yet he pulls this rubbish?So unless you know exactly what you are after and what interchange and what song, go see the boys in Orange or Scott's Parts Plus in Dubbo... At least Scott's parts run pinnicle and have all possibly interchanges available so you don't get dcked around.

Rubbish, needed ac controls for a swift. Found one on eBay and similar sites for $45 free delivery. This guy wanted $125 and I had to pick it up. Asked if they can do a better price and it was a flat out, rude no. I’ll buy the eBay one for $45 free delivery. Rip offs!!!

Sold me the wrong part despite me questioning it, when I called to explain that the starter motor was for a fg and not the bf model as requested the manager decided he would no longer talk to me as it was not his problem.Made no effort to help in the resolution and I was forced to threaten fair trading to finally get a refund.1 Doesn't know the product their selling2 Has no time for fixing their own errors3 Will only issue a lawful refund if you threaten the company with a fair trading dispute4 long story short they will never get my business again.5 Go to holmwood wreckers instead
